Multicolored Easter Bunny Cupcakes

5

img_2308.jpgI decided VERY last minute to make the Easter Bunny cupcakes this morning to bring to our playgroup Easter egg hunt. So they were rushed and not as cute as they usually are but the brown chocolate bunnies were CHOCOLATE so it was worth it to me! In real life they looked cuter than when I look at them in the pictures now but I really threw the features together fast so remember to look at my other bunnies so you can see how they are supposed to look!

They are way cute! What do you use for the ears?

How do you get the ears to stick on? Every time I try something like this, that’s always the problem for me! I can’t have earless bunnies on Sunday! Thanks!

I just made these and I couldn’t get mine to stick on either, so after putting the pink sprinkles on , I speared the ears with a toothpick. I puhed the toothpick all the way through to the other end of the marshmallow and then stuck it in the cupcake. They came out very cute (just might want to mention to your guests/family that they are in there, so they don’t take a big bite and hit them! The toothpicks also gave the bunny faces more depth as I could get them to stand up some of I wanted. I just couldn’t get mine ears to be very pointy! :)
