Diaper Goop!

diapergoop-single.jpgIt’s great when I get the offer to review something that I might not have heard of otherwise. When the Parent Bloggers Network let me know about Diaper Goop I was very willing to try it because its fragrance free and made with natural Lanolin! Also with three kids I still hadn’t found one product that I was very happy with. I hate any cream that smells perfumey and some of them clearly sting my daughter when she has a rash. Diaper Goop seems to work very well with my sensitive skinned Jamie. She gets rashes easily due to allergies and since I have been using Diaper Goop she hasn’t had a bad rash (well actually she had one but it went away quickly with the new goop). I don’t use it for every diaper change, just when it looks like she is starting to get irritated skin. “Goop” is very descriptive, it is goopy and so I just take the clean diaper and dip it into the tub of Diaper Goop so that I don’t have to touch it every time. Its the Lanolin that makes it so goopy but thats also the thing that keeps the rashes away. If you have really dry hands and don’t mind them being greasy for a few minutes the Diaper Goop REALLY helped my hands (just once a day made a huge difference). Diaper Goop is really a great product that I’d love to help spread the word about. They generously gave me 4 jars to test out BUT I was greedy and didn’t share with any of my mom friends, instead I have one in my diaper bag, one in the house and two saved.  I’m sure I’ll need more when baby number 4 arrives!
