Yesterday when my mom came over she starting singing the Clean House show song “Who wants a clean house” and she is right my house is terrible. The “tops” of things are filled worse than ever (except the fridge is good) and there are toys everywhere! I think I’d rather get nominated for TLC’s What Not to Wear show though! Making babies is hard on me but I know I’ll get my act together once I’ve got my 4 kids and never have to be pregnant again. John is helpful with cleaning usually but he is busy with a lot of spring jobs and he has to finish building our pool deck and my chicken house (so I’m letting him off the hook with cleaning for now).

So what I wrote in yesterday’s post about wanting a gift of a maid after the baby should really have been that I need a maid while I’m pregnant and for 3 months after. Isn’t there some contest I could enter? Or I guess I’ll just go spend this sunny day cleaning since John is off with the boys.
