Our cute baby fuzzballs are now at least twice the size they started at and have wings and little tails. They are VERY active as well. We had started them in a 10 gallon tank and in less than a week we moved up to a 20 gallon long tank but they’ll soon be moving to our big dog kennel and then it won’t be too long before they move outside to their coop! I wish they stayed tiny longer than a few days but its really nice to know they won’t be in the house that long. I change their tank at least 3 times a day and that is getting old fast. These two pictures are of Fuzzworth (left) and Loretta (right). You can really see how big Loretta’s wings are now. Unfortunately they are too quick for me to get a picture with their wings spread. Considering big chickens don’t really fly high these chicks surprised me with how fast they learned to fly out of the boxes we had been playing with them in. Now we need to play with them on beach towels because their little nails get caught on our Flor carpet!
