Swimming in the lake

We spent a lot of time at the little beach having fun in the water and playing in the sand and rocks. I took about 900 pictures on our 1 1/2 week vacation! I can be snap happy but I tried to be a bit discrete and mainly used my telephoto lens so the kids didn’t always know what I was doing. Here are my favorite pictures of them in the water. Stay tuned for posts of playing on the beach, in the boat and misc pictures (I needed a way to break them up so I could still post all my favorites).

The boys were nuts in the water, John got them new goggles that cover their noses so they spent a lot of time going under water (this picture is of Ethan, he would hold his breath to see how long he could stay under).

We had a hard time calling it a night sometimes!

John was swimming close to a Loon for a few minutes, here it is telling him off when he got really close!Ben was especially photogenic this trip (it was hard not to put up more of him in the water!).
