I split the sugar into white, splenda and brown splenda. I also split the oil into 1/3 oil and 2/3 fat free vanilla yogurt. I used more zucchinni as well. I will have to try them. My son is allergic to eggs so I might have to do a little substituting but I think he would eat these as long as I don't tell him there is zucchini in it! ha.
