EvoraPlus™, from Oragenics, is a one-of-a-kind probiotic mint that naturally supports gum and tooth health while freshening breath and whitening teeth. I was given several boxes of Evora Plus to try out and from what I can tell it seems like a really good product. I wish I had done before and after pictures of my teeth to see about the whitening but my teeth aren’t really so yellow to begin with. I was more interested in the benefits to my gums and on that front I am pleased with Evora Plus. Now I don’t know for a fact that this is why, but I just had my teeth cleaned and my hygienist said my gums have improved from when I was there 6 months ago. I don’t have horrible gum problems or anything but I was worried after she had told me my gums looked too red and this visit she said they looked much better. The other improvement was with the “number count” that she does to look at normal/receding gums, my numbers were better this visit. So I don’t know if its just a coincidence and I happen to be taking a little better care of my teeth now or maybe this really is a great product that more of us should be using! Either way I’m going to keep it up since its just a simple to use mint that you let dissolve in your mouth twice a day after you brush your teeth. It doesn’t taste bad at all but doesn’t taste like a really minty breath mint either. What I’m saying is that there is nothing negative about the taste but I’m eating them for the health benefits and not because its a breath mint. I had been having trouble remembering to take them twice a day because I am usually in such a rush with the 4 kids. Then I discovered a way to make it easier to remember, I put some in the car and I take one on the way to bring the boys to school and I also have some in the bathroom so I remember to take them at night. Once you get in the habit its a very simple step to keep your mouth healthy.
