Want to try the New Fiber One 90 calorie Chewy Bars? I have a prize package for someone!
I am all about the chocolate so of course I said yes when My Blog Spark and Fiber One offered me some chewy bars. I am also trying to make better choices with what I eat so the 90 calories and extra fiber were a huge bonus. I thought they were good and unfortunately the kids did too because I really had to share despite not wanting to! I was very happy to satisfy my chocolate craving without all the guilt! I will definitely buy these to have on hand for snack emergencies (and will hide them from the kids next time).
New Fiber One® 90 Calorie Chewy Bars can help you satisfy your sweet tooth without sabotaging your diet or your daily routine.
Available in flavors you´ll love, including chocolate and chocolate peanut butter, Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars contain 2.5 grams of fat. In addition, each serving is packed with five grams of fiber (20 percent of the daily recommended fiber intake, according to the Institute of Medicine), which can help keep you full, making sticking to a diet easier.

Being a chocolate lover myself, I have no advice. Going to be looking for others.
My biggest problem when dieting is overcoming my sweet tooth…I bet this would help a ton!
Chocolate Tootsie Pops are good for me as a chocolate lover. They take a long time to eat, but don’t have too many calories. Thanks for the fantastic giveaway.

My only tip if you are a chocolate lover is to proportion it out. If you buy a hershey bar, don’t eat the whole thing. Tell yourself it has to last 3 days. Hard to do though!!
Thanks for the chance to win. I’m trying to be very good about what I eat. I can’t find out how to subscribe to your feed.
Sugar-Free chocolate is just as tasty as real chocolate!
I would love to win this, I really need to get back in shape.
I’m not the one to ask about diet tips, but I’m right there with you on the chocolate-loving!
My diet tip is to eat less and eat healthy
I still eat a little chocolate but then do extra in my work out to compensate.
For chocolate lovers, make your own hot chocolate using pure cocoa powder (without all that butterfat) and skim milk. Sweeten with no-calorie sweetner for a very low-cal snack.
THE BEST EXERCISE I HAVE EVER DONE IS WALK…AND I WALK DURING MY LUNCH HOUR
This is a great giveaway! I heard Fiber One bars are delicious and don’t taste like fiber at all =)
I subscribed via Google Reader. I hope that is okay! Thank you for such a great giveaway =)
Go for sugar free chocolate. It does help a little.
Great giveaway. I need all the help I can get to stay healthy. The Fiber One bars are delicious. I drink a large glass of water 15-20 minutes before eating one to help curb the appetite and fill fuller and more satisfied when I’m done eating it.
I am always trying to lose weight. I find I just have to “say no” to chocolate and all sweets or I am always hungry.
I am so addicrted to chocolate and dieting is so hard to avoid it so what I do is I eat dark chocolate because it has more nutrients than milk chocolate. I also try to eat fruit with my chocolate so I will melt dark chocolate and dip fresh strawberries, apple slices or melon. I don’t feel so guilty if I eat chocolate that way because I am getting vitamins from the fruit.

If you need a chocolate fix when dieting, have it. If you feel like you are depriving yourself you may end up eating more. I suggest Hershey kisses…one or two really can satisfy your craving and calorie-wise it is reasonable
organic or dark chocolate helps – less sugar, more chocolate taste!
Learning to eat it in moderation helps. I lost 60 pounds four years ago, and I ate an entire bag of mini Reese’s eggs — over the course of about four months! One egg about once a week. I had my chocolate fix but not too much at any time.
This would be perfect for my resolution of losing weight.
i love fiber one! crossing my fingers on this one.
fat free chocolate frzn yogurt… only around 90/100 calories in 1/2 cup, i eat right from the measuring cup. mmmm!
I try to walk my dogs every day.
I love sugar free/fat free chocolate pudding. Thanks for the chance.

I find that a little bit of chocolate every day keeps the cravings for big chocolate down!
I would like to win but I don’t have any tips to offer chocolate lovers
to get my chocolate fix i make a chocolate shake out of weight watchers chocolate powder and frozen yogurt for breakfast. it takes care of my chocolate fix and i’m losing weight
Sorry no tips..I don’t know what to say……….but this looks like a great giveaway for my hubs..hahahaha
Eat a square of dark chocolate a day
Nestle makes a fat free hot cocoa mix that is a life saver for my chocolate cravings. It’s made with water, has only 20 calories a serving, and gets nice and creamy.
I haven’t tried the chewy bars but I really like Fiber One yogurt. It comes in tasty flavors like vanilla and key lime pie which usually cures any cravings I have for sweets.
I really don’t have a tip for chocolate lovers. But I do love Fiber 1 products

Limit one’s processed sugar intake!

This prize looks so awesome…thanks. My diet tip is to try to only eat dark chocolate…no milk or white!
My advice for chocolate lovers is to wean yourself off gradually and reward yourself with healthier snacks. Or do what I did and get some real chocolate from Europe – once you’ve tried that you can’t eat the horrible stuff we have here!
dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate (thats the excuse i use anyways)
I have no tips-i fall for chocolate EVERY time
I have tried these bars, they are excellent!
Would love to win!!
I LOVE the regular Fibetr One chocolate bars, but haven’t tried the 90 calorie ones yet.
Chocolate is a must have, even when dieting. I suggest a little bit of dark chocolate, or a mug of hot chocolate to satisfy the need.
