Win some Tommee Tippee sippy cups
Tommee Tippee sent Jillian some sippy cups to review and a set to give away! 16 month old Jillian is a breastfed baby and has not been a big fan of drinking from most cups (although she loves to play with them and pretend to drink). I had bought cups that looked easy to wash and had the fewest pieces, but she just doesn’t get anything out of them. She will drink from a regular non-sippy cup if you hold it for her, but she really wants to hold it herself to pour it on the floor. Jillian has definitely done MUCH better with the Tommee Tippee sippy than the other kinds I’ve tried so I’m pleased. She is still not a big drinker, but we’re working on it and these cups are helping! If you have a baby that is having trouble with sippy cups I’d definitely give these a try. We have had ZERO leaks with these (not true of the other brands we tried so far)!
Here is how Tommee Tippee describes the valve “unlike other valve systems our active sensor valve is designed by a physicist to be both so sensitive that liquid flows on demand, yet truly spill and leak proof”. That statement is what made me think they’d work for Jillian and they did. They are BPA free and phthalate free. The only thing that bugs me a little is that I don’t always get the handles lined up perfect with the sippy top, BUT this doesn’t bother Jillian and if I don’t over tighten it doesn’t happen (they have models with the same tops but without the handles too). The SRP is only $7.99 for the 2 pack, which is very reasonable to me. Tommee Tippee has a huge assortment of bottles, sippy cups, straw cups and more. There website is very helpful and detailed and it makes selecting the right products for your child very easy.
