They have basically said that if you are space limited that cloth diapers are better and if you are more water limited that disposables are better. So no clear decision! That's one thing you can take off of the list! :o) We keep a trash can outside our back door for our compost and dump it into our pile twice a year. We punched holes in the bottom and have to be better about putting leaves in (dry) to help break stuff down, but it turns out that we end up with good soil right at planting time!
